Mission Statement:
Offering high-quality rental homes for average income individuals and families in British Columbia.
Vision Statement:
Addressing the housing crisis head-on by meeting the demand for quality rental housing for the Lower Mainland’s middle class with a particular focus on those who serve their communities.
Who is BC Frontier Housing Society?
BC Frontier Housing Society was formed in 2024 to address the needs of sustainable rental housing in British Columbia for the “missing middle” income earners. The society was founded with the mission to construct, possess and oversee rental residences with a preference for tenants who serve their communities – public servants, teachers, nurses, firefighters, policemen & policewomen etc. Governed by a Board of Directors comprising business, professional and community figures, BCFHS operates under their guidance, setting policies, sanctioning significant transactions, and ensuring the fulfillment of its objectives.
The society’s mandate is to work with BC Housing’s BC Builds program to convert existing and upcoming multi-family residential development projects into much needed rental housing.
